We captured this amazing engagement session of Riaan and Cherise at the amazing Lavandou wedding and events venue. It was the perfect location we had in mind to really make a cosy feeling with oversized jackets and a romantic atmosphere. They also added their little Dash puppy that really made it so special and the moments are oh-so gorgeous!

How did you meet?

Knowing each other for a period of time through friends, we fell in love on a New Year’s Eve party. A week later he officially asked me out on a date with a beautiful yellow rose. And the rest is history!

And where dying to know how the proposal went down?

It almost felt like 200 years. Every day together we grew more and more in loved with one another.

One birthday evening in front of family and friends he gave a speech, he couldn’t catch his breath. He asked only for one wish for his birthday and, that I will be his wife. Before I could catch my breath he was down on one knee. “I Said YESSSS!
